VVA Families,
Happy November!
Progress reports have been submitted and we are moving on to the last 6 weeks of the semester. Moving into the end of the semester make sure we keep motivated to finish strong. We are here to help so please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. November is a month to be thankful and we are thankful to all our students and families that are motivated and involved in making this year so successful.
Attendance Matters!
How do you get attendance at VVA?
Attendance is based off how much work you are doing. To gain attendance you need to be attending school 240 minutes a day. This includes the time you spend in advisory, working out, and your one one one meetings. Unfortunately logging in and not doing work does not count as attendance. Please speak to your advisory for specific questions you may have
Remember we have Veterans Day (11/10) and Thanksgiving week (11/20-11/24) off this month. There will be no advisory or attendance taken on those days.
What are you Thankful For?
As we move into the month of thanksgiving try practicing 30 days of gratitude - or pick a few that you want to participate in
The first meet up was 10/19/23 and we will continue to give you dates for each Thursday meet up. This month there will be campus meet ups from 1pm-3pm on the following dates:
