My role allows me to work on everything from minute integration details, to overarching principles.

Working at Visma has a very familiar feeling as it’s easy to get in touch with people from different places and levels. It’s a very outspoken company where we as UX Designers have a network across the company where we exchange experiences and support each other. Working at Visma means making a difference.
I’m working with user experience in a product portfolio called Visma.net, and together with my team come up with better designs that make the products easier to use. My personal development in Visma has allowed me to be a part of the full design process, performing user tests and interviews to increase quality of our products, and pass on insights to the team.

Bonne journée! Being part of Visma is one of the highlights of my day. I am happy to wake up and come to the office and that is a brilliant state of mind.
When I pass the doors I know I will find again colleagues that are motivated for work and also for having some fun. One day is never like the previous one. Of course, my Cobol everyday work stays quite similar. Therefore having such an environment to take my mind off of those numbers is quite a relief!
