STREAM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics
We will introduce computer science concepts such as computer systems, programming languages, coding, and more!
We will explore how technology is applied in society and students will learn programming using Scratch, Marty robots, and possibly Cobot robotic arms.
We will evaluate the morality of technology in society, considering positive and negative aspects of technology use.
We will use the design process and iteration to problem-solve, including debugging code, to create successful results.
We will use graphic design to create scenes, instruct our Marty robots to "dance" by programming them, and possibly use 3D printers to design art pieces through Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
We will cultivate math skills and concepts through coding using coordinates and algorithmic thinking, while students personalize their robots movements.
