Ms. Chia-Chia Shen

Born in Taiwan, Pianist Chia-Chia Shen began her music studies at the age of seven. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Piano Performance from National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) and a Master of Music degree from University of Southern California.
Ms. Chia-Chia is an award-winning pianist with a passion for both performance and education. She has participated in numerous festivals and advanced training programs, including the Philadelphia Young Pianists’ Academy, the American Liszt Society–Southern California Mini Piano Festival, the St. Lawrence String Quartet Seminar, and the Collaborative Piano Institute. These experiences have enriched her artistry and deepened her commitment to collaboration and mentorship. With a deep passion for music, Ms. Shen has developed a unique enthusiasm not only for performing as a soloist but also for collaborating with fellow musicians. She maintains an active performance schedule, having recently performed at venues such as Lincoln Glen Church, St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, and the Saratoga McAfee Performing Arts Center in California. She was also featured at PYPA, held at the Field Concert Hall at the Curtis Institute of Music. Earlier in her career, she performed as a soloist at the Wei-Wu-Ying Concert Hall in Taiwan and appeared with the NTNU Wind Orchestra at the Da-Dong Art Center.
