We live on site and remain at your disposal for any need and / or curiosity. We will also be happy to provide advice and suggestions on activities and hikes of the area.

Holiday house Casa Zebrusius, in the hamlet of San Nicolò Valfurva just 2 km from Bormio, features two flats for rent:
on the ground floor one two-room apartment Zebrusius's App
on the first floor another two-room apartment Bepi&Piera's Suite.
Casa Zebrusius features dedicated areas for bycicles, skis and boots, too.
Prices are always all-inclusive: water, electricity, heating, full bed linen / towels / kitchen linen, internet Wi-Fi and final cleaning.
Tourist accommodation tax only is excluded, which amounts to 1,20 Euro per night/person, applied for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (children under the age of 12 are exempt).
Casa Zebrusius has an agreement with the thermal spas QC Terme Bagni Nuovi and QC Terme Bagni Vecchi: discounts (from Monday to Thursday, except high season periods), when entries are booked directly from Casa Zebrusius.
