The classrooms are not very spacious, with 45–52 students per class.
All classrooms are equipped with projectors and air conditioning.
The hall is fairly large and used for organizing competitions.
Teachers can rest in the Teachers’ Room.
Teachers park their vehicles in the parking lot near the Security Office. Enter through the main gate and turn left.
Proficiency Level:
Top-tier Advanced classes: Good to Excellent.
Lower-tier Advanced and Regular classes: Average to Good.
Attitude and Engagement:
Top-tier Advanced classes: Students are attentive, cooperative, and actively participate in lessons and activities with the teacher.
Lower-tier Advanced and Regular classes: Students show little interest, often not attentive.
For Advanced classes, the school does not assign teaching assistants, so teachers must be capable of managing the class effectively.
Students study in their assigned classrooms.
Dress professionally and wear a name tag while going to teach.
Be punctual.
Prepare lesson plans and teach according to the program’s curriculum distribution.
Have experience teaching KET and PET.
Be cheerful, dynamic, capable of managing the classroom effectively, and skilled at organizing various activities for student engagement.
Be friendly, positive, and cooperative with teaching assistants and the English department to build good relationship.
Must be strict and experienced in managing the class.
Maintain a professional demeanor.

The foreign teachers assist the school in conducting speaking tests at the end of each semester.
Writing Tests: Vinalearn is responsible for preparing the test and grading, while the school’s English teachers conduct the exam.
Teachers must remain unchanged during the testing period.
TC and AC who observe classes must complete observation reports (forms) to submit to the school.
Score sheets must be submitted at the end of each semester.
Stage Size: Approximately 2,000 students. Events are usually held as substitutes for English Clubs, occurring about 3–4 times per year.
Requirements for Foreign Teachers:
Review the script in advance and follow its content strictly.
Work closely with TAs, the Marketing team, and other departments. Teachers must not make unauthorized changes to the script.
Teachers should be dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, and presentable.
Prior experience in organizing events is required.
Support: Annual funding is provided for the school’s Music and Fashion competition.
Teachers and TAs must be in the classroom 2–3 minutes before the lesson starts.
Drive directly to the parking area.
Transition time between classes: Teachers should manage their time efficiently to move to the next class promptly and start on time.
At the end of each lesson, teachers should remind students to maintain cleanliness and not litter. After finishing, teachers should clean the board thoroughly.
For personal belongings of Vietnamese teachers (homeroom teachers of each class): TAs and teachers must not use items (e.g., speakers, rulers, pens, books, etc.) without prior permission from the Vietnamese teachers. Chalk and board erasers can be used but must be returned neatly to their original place after use.
If teachers or TAs smoke, they must do so far away from the school premises to avoid being seen by students.

Notes: Teachers will have students:
- Practice the required vocabulary and pronounce words correctly.
- Complete the main sections of the books.

To meet the learning needs of all students, teacher should modify the quantity of assigned textbook activities:
+ For classes demonstrating a high level of proficiency, teacher may assign all activities as listed.
+ For classes requiring additional foundational support, teacher should select the most essential activities to teach.

Teaching parts: New Words, Pronunciation, Listening, Practice, Speaking
2. Tests:
Each semester, teachers will conduct the midterm and final tests that assess both speaking and listening skills.
For advanced classes, teacher also gives each student a progress score by two options below:
+ Assign homework in the Writing section after teaching the lessons. At the next period, select 1-2 students to read out loud their writings and give them points.
+ Use questions in the Target Language section to test and evaluate students.
3. Additional notes:
Teachers must have the laptop and equipment (speaker, etc.) for teaching.
Teachers are encouraged to use PPT slides for teaching the lesson from the folders provided below. However, teachers should be flexible in adjusting the PPT slides by removing the parts that are not assigned by the school.
