Daniel Gee

BSc Sport Therapy Student

Passionate about movement, committed to recovery. As a final-year Sports Therapy student at the University of Essex, my lifelong love for football and the gym naturally shapes how I view physical health and rehabilitation.

I firmly believe that recovering from an injury is only the starting point. My true goal is to empower athletes and the wider community to push past their previous limits and achieve a higher quality of life. By combining structured exercise rehabilitation with targeted hands-on techniques, I focus on building real, lasting physical resilience.

Every session is built around proactive care, guiding patients forward and reinforcing the core belief that purposeful action is always the key to achieving positive results.
