In order to record a Zoom session with students present you must obtain written permission from your division director and notify parents of the children in the class.
Before recording, you must notify the students in the Zoom room of your intent to record, and require the students to rename themselves by first name only. Encourage students who do not wish for their image to be recorded to turn off their video.
