Proceed to set date for viewing with the client. Every viewing would be accompanied by a Z&Z Development teammate. If you aren't available, our team can always attend to the matter.

2. How to book the land / lot for purchasing?

Buyer can pay up to 3% of the price of the land / lot for booking.

3. How to know the status update of the process after the payment?

Z&Z Development will provide a status update from our legal department, which will be in direct contact with the agent & buyer.

4. Is there any loan for helping to purchase the land / lot?

Z&Z Development has a team of mortgage / loan officer that will help expedite any request for loan application.

5. How much commission that is available per land lot?

Z&Z Development offer 5% commission for each sale on land / lot.
