CPD Certified

All individual courses and modules completed in pursuit of a degree at ZYRETH AcademyU are certified by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) organization. What this means is that even before completing a degree, ZYRETH AcademyU students are able to capitalize on CPD-certified certificates and diplomas for individual courses, and utilize these for employment or continuing professional development points.

Metaphysical Accreditation

ZYRETH AcademyU, as the seminary for the Temple of the Tao of Christ, offers degrees of a spiritual nature. As a religious organization, it is legally able to offer degrees related to ministry and spiritual development upon ordination of its clergy. Bachelor degrees and Doctorates are conferred with the understanding that, and are legitimate in so far that, graduates are involved in ministerial work (Ministry may take any form that the graduate sees fit in service to others). Consequently, all students are ordained as Metaphysical and/or Taoist Christian Ministers by the Temple of the Tao of Christ acting through the Universal Life Church, Church of the Latter-Day Dude and the Church of Spiritual Humanism, all incorporated and based in the US. Based upon their ordination as Ministers and completing their requisite courses of study, students are then awarded degrees of Metaphysical Science with specialization and certification in their specific field of CPD-certified vocational study. 

ZYRETH AcademyU degrees are therefore, for the most part, non-secular in nature, except for those prior life experience/VAE/Validated Acquired Experience degrees offered in collaboration with universities offering that programme. Being metaphysical and non-secular in nature and scope, ZYRETH AcademyU degrees, by and large, are not and cannot be accredited by the US Department of Education. US laws emphasize a separation of church and State, and so the US government can neither approve, discredit or accredit such degrees. Metaphysics, with its emphasis on spiritual matters, falls within the category of Religion and so cannot be approved nor accredited by any Department of US Government and its agencies. All degrees issued by ZYRETH AcademyU and the Temple of the Tao of Christ are legal and legitimate according to the laws of the United States of America, however. Our graduates have the right to use the post nominals BMSc (Bachelor in Metaphysical Science), DD/DDiv, or PhD  as applicable, and any graduate who has successfully completed his/her Doctorate with ZYRETH AcademyU has the full rights and privileges to be addressed as Doctor. Some employers may have issues with degrees that are not accredited by any of the accrediting organizations recognized by the US Department of Education, while others may focus on the skills acquired through the course of study and accept them. In either case, the CPD certification for each individual course studied in pursuit of the degree plus the VAE degrees from our partnering universities (obtained at extra cost) are valid and will suffice for any job or further studies.

ZYRETH AcademyU metaphysical degrees equip students with the ability to teach metaphysics, to counsel, or to heal metaphysically. Graduates may also use our degrees to validate experience and expertise to host spiritual/self-development podcasts, seminars and workshops or to author books. Doctoral graduates may rightfully and legally adopt and be referred to their earned title of Doctor. The real value of the metaphysical spiritual courses and certification, however, is the development of one's connection to the divine God-self within and the resulting progress in career, wealth, health, love, and all other relationships and aspects of life.
