1. Introduction

Welcome to ZYNK ("ZYNK", "we" ,"our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions("Terms") govern your access and use of the ZYNK mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using ZYNK, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall or stop using the app.

2. Eligibility

To use ZYNK, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if required by your local laws.

• Be legally permitted to use mobile applications in your region.

3. Accounts and Access

• ZYNK does not require an account to access core features.

• If optional sign-in services (Google/Apple) are added now or in the future, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to an account (if accounts exist), contact us at zynkcontacts@gmail.com

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

4. Purpose of the App

ZYNK allows users to save and share social media links so recipients can view content directly from its original source. Optional saving to your device is intended only for:

• Content you personally own, or

• Content you have explicit permission to save.

Important Notice:

You may download only your own content or content for which you have lawful rights.
ZYNK does NOT encourage, support, promote, or enable bypassing copyright protections or downloading copyrighted content without permission.

The app is for personal, lawful, non-commercial use only.

5. Acceptable and Unacceptable Use

 You agree to:

• Use ZYNK only for content you legally own or are authorized to save/share. 

• Follow all copyright laws and the Terms of Service of platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc. 

 You agree NOT to:

• Save, copy, or distribute copyrighted or restricted content without permission. 

• Bypass DRM, security systems, or platform restrictions. 

• Use the app for scraping, mass downloading, spamming, or commercial exploitation. 

• Reverse-engineer, modify, decompile,or resell the app.

• Interfere with the app, servers, or security features.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights

• You are solely responsible for the content you access, save, or share using ZYNK. 

• ZYNK does not host, store, or distribute any third-party content on its servers.

• Saved files remain only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

• You must ensure you have full legal rights before saving or sharing any content. 

• If we receive a valid copyright complaint, we may restrict app features or access to comply with the law. 

7. App Permissions and Data Usage

  ZYNK requires limited permissions to function properly:

  Media/Storage Permission 

• Used only to save files locally on your device at your request. 

• ZYNK does not access, upload, or collect your personal files.

 Internet / Network  Access 

• Required to process links and display third-party advertisements.

 Optional Account Access

• Used only if authentication features are enabled in the future.

   ZYNK does not collect personal information for its own use.

8. User Responsibility

  By using ZYNK, you acknowledge and agree that: 

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to download, save or share content.

• You are responsible for complying with all local laws, platform guidelines, copyright regulations.

• You accept full responsibility for any misuse of the app or legal consequences arising from your actions. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

  ZYNK is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

• That the app will meet your expectations

• Protection against all bugs or disruptions

We are not liable for:

• Data loss or device damage

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Legal issues caused by your misuse of ZYNK

• Content accessed, saved, or shared through the app

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to uninstall the app.

10. Third-Party Services (Ads & External Links)       

• ZYNK displays ads using third-party providers such as Google AdMob.

• These providers may process limited device or interaction data under their own policies.

• ZYNK is not responsible for third-party services, websites, ads, or content.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services.

11. Compliance, Safety, and Enforcement 

We may take actions to enforce these Terms or comply with legal requirements, including:

• Issuing warnings

• Restricting features

• Applying rate limits

• Terminating access for violations or illegal use

12. Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access to ZYNK if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Use the app illegally or harmfully

• Are required to be blocked by law

You may stop using ZYNK at any time by uninstalling the app.

13. Changes to These Terms 

We may modify or update these Terms at any time.

The updated “Last Updated” date reflects when changes occur. Continued use of ZYNK after updates means you accept the revised Terms. 

14. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, unless local laws require otherwise.
