Zxe Tag ("Zxe Tag") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights related to that data. This policy is intended to comply with Meta’s Virtual Reality Checks (VRC), including VRC.Quest.Privacy.2.
When you use Zxe Tag on Meta Quest, the following types of data may be collected and processed:
a. User Age Group
We access the age group information provided by the platform to tailor experiences appropriately and comply with age-based privacy requirements.
This data is used only for internal Zxe Tag logic and is not stored or shared outside the Zxe Tag.
b. User ID
We access your Meta user ID to uniquely identify your profile for saved Zxe Tag data, matchmaking, and cloud syncing.
This ID is not shared with third parties and is only used within the Zxe Tag environment.
c. User Profile
Zxe Tag may access your display name and avatar to personalize your experience and facilitate multiplayer interactions.
This data is used only for in-Zxe Tag display and is not stored or transmitted outside of your device or Meta’s systems.
d. In-App Purchases
We process data related to your in-app purchases, such as purchased content and currency, to ensure you have access to items you've bought.
All purchase data is handled via the Meta Quest platform and complies with their transaction policies.
We use your data to:
Deliver personalized and age-appropriate experiences.
Enable multiplayer features and content syncing.
Restore purchases and unlock digital content.
Improve Zxe Tag functionality and stability.
We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
All data access is limited to what is necessary for core Zxe Tag functionality.
We do not transmit personal data to third-party servers unless explicitly stated.
Data stored locally or via Meta’s platform services is handled in accordance with Meta’s privacy and security practices.

Any platform-specific data (like your Meta user profile) is managed through your Meta account settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed to reflect changes to Zxe Tag or regulatory requirements. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
