Zx10r Bike Video Download [2021]

I know this board mainly deals with dirt, but I thought maybe some of you that ride/work on street bikes could help. My '05 zx10r is not circulating the water correctly through the radiator. It has 7900 miles. First any idea what could be the problem (anyone had this happen b/f)? Second were is the code sending unit on these bikes? My buddy is pretty knowledgeable about street bikes but all his exp. is with Suzuki's. I'm on a budget so I'm trying to avoid the dealer. Any help would be awesome, thanks in advanced.

When the bike is hot (235) the water in the reserve bottle isn't hot. Also it's not circulating out of the reserve bottle. By reserve bottle I mean the location that you check the coolant level. Also I keep my hand on the hose that runs out or in the radiator and you can tell that fluid isn't traveling. I took the lid off the radiator and let it run for a while, hoping I had an air bubble. I'm lost. I'm thinking water pump/thermostat not sure. The radiator shouldn't be bent/dented at all, never been laid down or anything of the such. I wouldn't think that the water pump is out at 7900 miles. I will say I ride alot of wheelies and stoppies. But the twisties make my sticker peck out.

I have an 04 zx10r. I have had the radiator replaced twice from wheelies and stopies. The left side is held on by a post and can slip off then the right side bracket brakes off. This may not be your problem yet but it will be soon. I had the radiator welded and put a set screw in the post side.

Its 998cc motor still pushes out 213PS and 115Nm, making sure it doesn't lose its membership from the elite 200+PS club. Meanwhile, during its 2021 update, revisions to the greabox and final drive ensured that the bike felt ever-so-lively.
