Zuzsoft Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") publishes the mobile game Sky Roads ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download, install, or use the App on Android or iOS.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Sky Roads is free to play and shows ads (Google AdMob).
We do not require you to create an account.
Level progress, high scores, and settings are stored on your device.
Motion sensors (gyroscope / accelerometer) are used on your device only for optional tilt steering — we do not receive this data on our servers.
We do not sell your personal information.
The App saves game data locally using your device’s storage, including:
Completed levels and unlock progress
Best completion times (high scores) per level
Selected area and last played level
Settings: sound on/off, music on/off, steering mode (gyro tilt or on-screen buttons)
This data stays on your device unless you uninstall the App or clear app data. We do not receive this data on our servers unless you contact us for support and choose to share it.
The App uses Google AdMob to show:
Banner ads — on main menu, level select, and settings (hidden during gameplay)
Interstitial ads — after some level completions and every few deaths, with time limits between ads
Rewarded video ads — only when you tap “Watch Ad — Continue” on the lose screen
AdMob and its partners may collect and use information such as:
Advertising ID (GAID on Android / IDFA on iOS, where available)
Device type, operating system, and language
IP address (used to infer approximate location)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, views)
This helps show and measure ads. Google’s use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
If you enable gyro / tilt steering in Settings, the App reads motion sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope) locally on your device to steer the ship. This data is processed on-device for gameplay and is not sent to Zuzsoft Inc. or our servers.
You can switch to on-screen button steering at any time in Settings.
The App may produce standard device logs when errors occur (for example through the operating system or store crash reports). We do not operate a separate analytics service that identifies you by name or email.
If we enable additional analytics in a future update, this policy and the Google Play Data safety section will be updated.

Where applicable, we rely on:
Consent — for personalized advertising (you may see a consent message via Google’s User Messaging Platform / GDPR messaging)

You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising
You can turn off music and sound effects, and choose button steering instead of gyro, in the App’s Settings menu.
Uninstalling the App removes locally stored game data from your device.
Sky Roads is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at zuzsoftinc@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or similar regions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise these rights, email zuzsoftinc@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Local game data: retained on your device until you delete the App or clear data.
Ad data: retained according to Google’s policies and our AdMob configuration.
We use reasonable measures to protect information processed through our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
