With health and fitness playing an integral role in my life from a young age, I decided to pursue my education within the field of sports and fitness. I completed my B.S. in Kinesiology at California Baptist University with an emphasis in Physical Education because I wanted to teach the next generation the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle.
