I believe that classroom management success is based on technical procedures , continuous routines habits, consistency on deliverable and fairness from the teacher.
I always get to knows the weakness , strengtheners , backgrounds and individual needs of students.
I believe in a Shared control approach in which students have a voice in what they would like to learn specific to the topic.
My lessons are student centered and are based on Constructive Learning where the student is responsible to his/her own learning.
I prefer to teach my Student what is relevant and what will be relevant to this world.
I believe Problem-Oriented Project based learning as well as Task based Learning is most appropriate method for knowledge improvement in student learning abilities.
I usually focused on a online Blended Learning collaborative tools (Moodle) and technologies inside the class room including Google Docs , Team-Weaver , Solo Learn Quizzes, Kahoot .
Developed Computer science courses by the help of Google Doc Tool and then published on internet.

I want to create a Creative and knowledge sharing environment promoting curiosity, creativity, championship and leadership skills.
Clear presentation of main Ideas or topics ( generally using Power-point slides, YouTube Videos for clear understanding and Visual diagrams for better imaginations as well as perceptions.
Show Case Studies ( As though I am teaching mostly programming, so I used sample Programming Codes to show students about the clear picture and understanding of the topic.
I always set the opportunity of future targets and provide a suggestion for Professional career development.
I believe in practical tips to provide students for his/her Personal and Professional development.
I usually focus on students to develop their topic Excellency rather than the achievement of good grades.
