Zubair's Apps

Welcome to the apps and services provided by Zubair (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using any of our iOS or macOS applications (“Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.

1. Use of the Apps

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Apps for personal and lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps
Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Distribute, resell, or exploit the Apps without permission

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Apps — including but not limited to code, design, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of Zubair and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases (If Applicable)

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are governed by Apple’s terms and policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. App Availability & Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time without prior notice. We are not liable if an App becomes unavailable for any reason.

5. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zubair shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Apps.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
