For more than a decade, I’ve worked in complex agile environments where strategy, product, and execution constantly collide. What I’ve learned is this: most teams don’t struggle with effort..they struggle with clarity.

I design structured thinking frameworks that help teams surface hidden assumptions, rethink their problem definitions, and align around what actually matters. My work draws on systems thinking, Domain-driven Design, and years of facilitating strategy and discovery, but the goal is never the workshop itself.
