Sun Life holds a bi-monthly special pen-and-paper exam – Traditional Life and VUL. The exam fee is 2,020php. Payments should be given to your manager and he will process the exam permit on your behalf. Payments must be settled at least 2 weeks before the exam. Once everything has been settled, you will receive a confirmation email from Sun Life.

About the exam:
Exam is divided into 2 parts, the Traditional and Variable Life, whereas each set has 50 items. You must pass both exams; a general average of 70% is the passing rate for each exam.
**Given the current global crisis, there will be NO Insurance Commission Special Exam to be conducted in compliance with the government advisory. A Temporary license will be issued instead.
