T/N: I like to interpret the song title as "When the flower blooms, forget your worries"

忘忧草 is a type of plant, I'm not a botanist so I don't know which is the correct English name for it (saw google recommending daylilies, though the trans here says forget me nots), I'm just going to follow 9.29Hz World Tour trans, but essentially, it's a flower that's believed to help forget worries.
