These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") describe the rules and conditions that apply when you access or use the ZScoreBall mobile application (the "Application") provided by Cloudvara Ltd.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Application.

Definitions

Application refers to ZScoreBall, the football-themed mobile application provided by Cloudvara Ltd.

Company refers to Cloudvara Ltd., New Horizon Building, Ground Floor, 3 Miles Philip S.W. Goldson Highway, Belize.

Service refers to the Application and all related features, content, and services provided through it.

Device means any device that can access the Service, including smartphones, tablets, or computers.

Use of the Service

ZScoreBall provides football-themed entertainment experiences, including mini-games, challenges, interactive features, and other gameplay content.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements needed to use the Application.

User Eligibility

User Responsibilities

When using ZScoreBall, you agree that you will:

Virtual Items and In-App Features

The Application may include virtual items, points, rewards, or other digital features designed for entertainment purposes.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value

• Virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash or physical goods

• Virtual items are licensed for use within the Application only

• Virtual items may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Application

We may modify, update, or remove virtual features at any time to improve the user experience.

Intellectual Property

All content within ZScoreBall, including but not limited to:

• Software

• Graphics

• Designs

• Logos

• Text

• Animations

• Game mechanics

• Audio and visual elements

is owned by or licensed to Cloudvara Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Application may include links, integrations, or services provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability of the Service

We aim to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience; however, we do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

The Service may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued when necessary for maintenance, improvements, security, or operational reasons.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloudvara Ltd. makes no warranties regarding:

• Continuous availability of the Service

• Accuracy or completeness of information provided through the Application

• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

• Error-free operation

ZScoreBall is designed for entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudvara Ltd. shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Application

• Loss of data

• Service interruptions

• Technical issues

• Third-party services connected to the Application

Where permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the relevant period, or USD $100 if no payment has been made.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the Application

• Your actions may harm the Service, Company, or other users

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Application will immediately end.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Belize, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You may also have rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns regarding the Service, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of ZScoreBall after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain effective.
