2. One photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate/Passport/Seaman’s Book or any Valid Government ID

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

FOR: BT, PSCRB, AFF, RPSCRB, RAFF

1. Medical Certificate_Physical Exam Only) photocopy

3. RSCRB– SCRB Certificate and Certificate of Sea Service at least one_1) year

4. RAFF– AFF Certificate of Proficiency_COP) and Certificate of Sea Service at least one_1) year
