At the start of the game, this is a must do quest to progress the game further. Talk to Matthew the Eagle to start this tour quest.

He Welcomes you and gives you a list of persons to meet and talk to so you can explore ZOOWI a bit more.

The map updates with the locations you must visit. You can visit them in any order you decide to. There are [5] locations in total.

After meeting all five [5] NPCs you meet back up with Matthew near HSU where he hands you over your ID card and you unlock the rest of quests to do.
