Our goal with this mental health campaign is to educate our peers on anxiety and how they can manage it. Anxiety is something that many teens experience, and that is why we chose it as our topic. We hope to show other teens that they aren't alone and there is a way to stop anxiety from taking over!
WHAT IS ANXIETY?
Anxiety is defined as a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease. Anxiety is often related to an event or situation such as taking a test or speaking in front of a crowd.
