About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ZooTD handles information when you use the ZooTD mobile game for Android. The developer and publisher is ZooTD. If you have any privacy questions, contact zootdsupport@gmail.com.
Information ZooTD does not request
ZooTD does not require users to create an account. The game does not ask users to provide their name, postal address, telephone number, precise location, contacts, photographs, videos, messages, health information or payment-card details.
Google Mobile Ads
ZooTD uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide advertising, including optional rewarded advertisements. According to Google, this SDK may automatically collect and share:
• Approximate location inferred from the device’s IP address. ZooTD does not request or use precise GPS location.
• App interactions, such as app launches, taps and video views.
• Diagnostic information, such as app launch time, hang rate and energy usage.
• Device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID and other applicable device identifiers.
Google processes this information for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance. Google states that data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Depending on the user’s region, consent choices and device settings, advertisements may be personalised or non-personalised. Advertising identifiers can be reset or deleted through Android settings.
Google Play Billing
ZooTD offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed by Google Play. ZooTD does not receive or store users’ full payment-card or bank-account details. Google may process purchase, account and device information to complete transactions, prevent fraud and provide purchased content, in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy.
Game data stored on the device
Game progress, settings, achievements, token balances and purchased entitlements are stored locally within the app’s storage on the user’s device. ZooTD does not operate a developer-controlled account database or remote game-progress server. Local data can be removed by clearing ZooTD’s app storage or uninstalling the app. Device backups may be handled according to the user’s Android and Google backup settings.
Support communications
If a user voluntarily emails zootdsupport@gmail.com, ZooTD will receive the email address and information included in the message. This information is used only to respond to the enquiry, provide support, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and is not sold. Users may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the same address, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Third-party services
ZooTD uses services supplied by Google, including Google Mobile Ads, the User Messaging Platform and Google Play Billing. These services process information under Google’s own terms and privacy practices. Further information is available at:

Data sharing and sale
ZooTD does not sell personal information. The data types identified above may be collected and shared automatically with Google through its advertising SDK for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, the app or the public.
Data retention and deletion
ZooTD does not maintain user accounts or a developer-controlled database of gameplay information. Local game data remains on the device until the user clears the app’s storage or uninstalls it, subject to Android backup settings. Data processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google’s policies and user controls. Security
ZooTD uses established Google services and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. Google Mobile Ads states that its data is encrypted in transit using TLS. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s privacy
ZooTD is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to the developer. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information directly to ZooTD may contact zootdsupport@gmail.com to request its deletion.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when ZooTD’s features, third-party services or legal obligations change. The latest version will remain available on this webpage, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
