This Privacy Policy applies to the XZoom application (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, designed and developed & created by Quynh Hoang (hereby referred to as “App & Service Provider”) as a free service/app. This service is provided for use “AS IS.”

The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it. This information may include, but is not limited to:

Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address) 

The pages you visit within the Application, and the time and date of your visit 

The time spent on each page and within the Application overall 

The operating system used on your mobile device 

This Application does not collect precise location information about your mobile device.

For a better user experience, the App/Service Provider may also request that you provide certain personally identifiable information. Additionally, the App/Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you with important updates, required notices, or marketing promotions.

(2) Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and the Service Provider’s offerings. The App/Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy.

With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the App/Service Provider, do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy. 

(3) Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data collected through the Application, please contact us. The App/Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The App/Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the App/Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will promptly delete such data from their servers.

If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the App/Service Provider so that they can take the necessary actions.

The App/Service Provider values your trust and is committed to protecting your information. They implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the data they process and maintain.
