zooming in on the Swampland
March 8-10, 2021
March 8-10, 2021
What properties does a low-energy EFT have to be consistently coupled to gravity? What are the implications for the Standard Model and Cosmology? What is their connection to black hole physics and holography? Is string theory the unique quantum theory of gravity? These exciting questions and more lie at the core of the quickly developing Swampland research program. Join us in an online conference as we zoom in on the Swampland, guided by a selected group of speakers from a diverse set of backgrounds and approaches, but a single goal: To uncover the universal low-energy signatures of quantum gravity.
The workshop will take place online via zoom. To receive the zoom link, you need to register here.
SOCIAL EVENT: On Tuesday at 1pm EST we will have a "conference lunch/dinner" via gather.town. Don't miss it!
