1. Acceptance of Terms
   By downloading or using Zone Timer (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
   
   

2. Description of the Service
   Zone Timer is an interval timer app designed to help users manage workout sessions using sets, workout time, and rest time in a clean, minimal interface. The App may include features such as:
   
   

• Interval timer setup (sets / workout time / rest time)
  
  

• Session running screen with clear progress and remaining time
  
  

• Sound cues (and/or vibration) for phase changes and session completion
  
  

• Presets, favorites, and recent configurations (if available)
  
  

• Local history of sessions (stored on-device, if enabled)
  
  

• Optional background operation with notifications when a session ends (if available)
  
  

• Optional export/share features (for example, saving or sharing session results via system share features, if available)
  
  

The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.

3. Permissions and Device Features
   Zone Timer is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions, such as:
   
   

• Internet access (to fetch remote content such as ads, analytics, or optional resources)
  
  

• Notifications (to alert you when a timer phase or session ends, if supported and enabled)
  
  

• Alarm/background related capabilities (to keep timers reliable depending on OS rules, if applicable)
  
  

• Photos/Media/Storage access (only if the App provides save/export/share features that require file access)
  
  

If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.

4. User Responsibilities
   You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
   
   

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
  
  

• Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  
  

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
  
  

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and any content you choose to save or share from the App.

5. Fitness Disclaimer (Timer Use & Accuracy)
   Zone Timer provides timing guidance for convenience only and does not provide medical, health, or professional training advice. Timer behavior may vary depending on device performance, battery optimization settings, OS restrictions, notification settings, and background limitations. You are responsible for using the App safely, including verifying timing when necessary and stopping exercise if you feel unwell. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for decisions or outcomes based on the information shown in the App.
   
   

6. Advertisements and Purchases
   The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
   
   

• In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features (if applicable)
  
  

• Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits (if applicable)
  
  

All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
   
   

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
   
   

• Your use or inability to use the App
  
  

• Any loss of local history, presets, cached data, or settings due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, battery optimization, or app crashes
  
  

• Any timer interruptions, missed notifications, delays, or inaccuracies caused by system restrictions or background limitations
  
  

• Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, sharing components, or billing services
  
  

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
   
   

10. Updates and Changes
    We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms. We may also update the App itself (for example, new features, bug fixes, timer reliability improvements, sound updates, or UI changes).
    
    

11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
