Thank you for using Zoned-In (“the App”).
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

This App is intended for use only outside of the European Union (EU). If you are located in the EU, you should not use this App.

This service is intended for use "AS IS".

 1. Information We Collect
Zoned-In collects only the information necessary to provide and improve your focus-tracking experience.

a. Account Information
When you sign in, we collect:

Email address (for authentication)
Display name (if provided)
Unique user ID generated by Firebase Authentication

We do not collect passwords; authentication is securely managed by Firebase Auth.

b. Focus and Session Data
We store your focus sessions, tags, durations and related metrics in Firebase Realtime Database or Firestore, linked to your user ID.

c. Device and App Info
To improve performance and stability, we may collect
- Anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)

d. Subscription & Purchase Data
If you subscribe to Zoned-In Pro, pruchase validation and entitlements are handled by RevenueCat, RevenueCat recieves your app-store
receipt and userID, but does not store personal identifier like name or emails

 2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:

• Track and display your focus and productivity trends 

• Provide personalized insights (e.g. streaks, productivity stability) 

• Sync your data securely across devices 

• Detect and fix app errors and crashes 

• Manage subscriptions and entitlements (for Premium users)
  
  

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. 

 3. Data Security

• All data is transmitted securely using HTTPS (TLS). 

• Access to your data is restricted to your account and protected by Firebase’s authentication and security rules. 

 4. Data Retention & Deletion
You can request data deletion anytime by using the in-app Settings > Manage > Delete Account option

 5. Third-Party Services
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

Zoned-In uses the following trusted services:

• Firebase - Authentication, Database, Analytics link to privacy policy here

• RevenueCat - Subscription Management, RevenueCat Privacy Policy

These services process data only as necessary to fulfill their function. We do not grant them permission to store or use your biomarker data beyond processing.

 6. Children's Privacy

Zoned-In is intended for users aged 16 and above.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

 7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, add and delete your personal information and app related data
Deleting the app from your device will not erase your account and data associated to it, you can delete your account by going to Settings > Manage > Delete Account, If you just want to delete/reset your sessions data, you can do it by going to Settings > Manage > Delete Data

 8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, We will notify you of change by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
