Q: Why do I need Points to use the app features?
A: The Zomi AI Translator App utilizes powerful AI models like Google Gemini and other premium AI APIs for translations, dictionary lookups, and AI chat. Since these services incur costs, a Point system is required to keep the app sustainable and accessible to the public.
Q: How can I get Points?
A: There are three ways to get points in the app:
* New Account: You instantly receive 10 Free Points when you create a new account and log in.
* Daily Claim: You can claim 5 Free Points every day by visiting the "Free Point" menu.
* Buy Points: When you run out of points, you can visit the "Buy Points" page to purchase them using RM (Malaysian Ringgit) by contacting the Admins via Telegram, WhatsApp, or Messenger.
2. AI Accuracy & Reliability
Q: Can the AI make mistakes with the Zomi language?
A: Yes! AI is still evolving and learning, so it might occasionally misunderstand a word or two. Therefore, it is highly recommended to double-check the results for important tasks or translations.
3. Account & Data Privacy
Q: How can I delete my account and data?
A: You can delete your account at any time. Go to Settings in the app and click "Delete Account". Once confirmed, your points, email, and all associated data will be completely and permanently erased from our database.
