If you want durable, noise-isolating protection for a child with sensory sensitivities in loud environments like the gym or school, choose ZOHAN 032; if you need a bulk set of wired headphones for multiple users sharing devices in a classroom or group setting, choose ZHENWAY 20.
These two products occupy completely different corners of the market. One is a specialized piece of safety equipment designed to shield delicate hearing from decibels that could cause damage, while the other is a mass-produced audio accessory meant for volume distribution and shared listening experiences. Confusing the two leads to frustration because their fundamental purposes diverge entirely. The ZOHAN 032 is engineered for individual protection and comfort over long periods, whereas the ZHENWAY 20 is built for utility, affordability, and connectivity across many devices at once.
• ZOHAN 032: Its biggest strength is certified 25dB Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) with premium soft leather cushions for extended wear; its trade-off is that it is a single unit priced for individual use rather than a bulk solution. This pick is for parents protecting a child's hearing or anyone needing deep sound isolation in chaotic environments.
• ZHENWAY 20: Its biggest strength is the 20-pack bulk value with multi-color options and universal 3.5mm compatibility for classrooms or groups; its trade-off is the lack of any noise cancellation and reliance on a wired connection that can tangle. This pick is for teachers, coaches, or event organizers outfitting a team or class simultaneously.
The ZOHAN 032 is not a standard headphone; it is an active piece of hearing protection gear designed specifically for children aged 2 through 16. If you have a kid who struggles with sensory processing issues, autism, or simply finds the roar of a monster truck rally or the blare of a firework display overwhelming, this product addresses that directly. This isn't just about blocking out chatter; it is about preventing physical harm to developing ears from high-decibel events.
What stands out most in the design is the focus on "premium comfort" for those who must wear the device for hours. The ear cups are constructed with ultra-soft premium PU leather, and the headband is padded and flexible. This combination is crucial because a child will not tolerate hard plastic pressing against their skull for a long flight or a full day at an air show. The adjustable headband allows the distance between the ear cups to stretch from 6 inches to 8 inches, accommodating head circumferences ranging from 18 to 22 inches. This ensures the pressure is distributed evenly, minimizing discomfort during extended sessions of study or travel.
You should buy this if your priority is safety and concentration in noisy settings. It is ideal for families attending sporting events, traveling by air, or living in loud neighborhoods where a quiet zone is necessary. However, you should skip this product if you are looking for wireless music streaming or if you need to equip twenty students at once. It is a single-unit solution focused on isolation, not audio fidelity or group distribution. The 360-degree pivoting ear cups allow for a custom fit, but the device remains a passive protector rather than an active entertainment system.

The ZHENWAY 20 serves a very different demographic: institutions, teams, and large groups. This is a bulk package containing twenty distinct units, each individually sealed for hygiene. The primary appeal here is logistical ease. Instead of managing twenty separate purchases or worrying about lost single units, you get a complete set ready to deploy. The packaging includes ten vibrant colors, which adds a layer of organization and fun for younger users, making them less likely to mix up their assigned headphones.
Functionally, these are on-ear, wired headphones with a standard 3.5mm jack. They connect to almost anything that has a headphone port: Chromebooks, tablets, laptops, smartphones, and even fitness equipment. The inclusion of a 4-foot cord provides enough slack for movement without tangling immediately, though the wire is still a tether. The impedance of 140 ohms suggests they are tuned for clear stereo audio clarity rather than bass-heavy immersion. They are described as lightweight and comfortable, fitting snugly on ears, but they offer zero noise cancellation. You will hear everything happening around you unless you physically block the ear cup against your ear.
This product is perfect for teachers running a computer lab, coaches needing everyone to listen to instructions simultaneously, or event planners distributing audio guides. It is also suitable for gyms where a trainer needs to ensure all participants hear the same playlist or instructions without the complexity of pairing Bluetooth devices. However, do not buy this if you need privacy or if your user requires protection from loud environmental noises. The lack of noise control means these headphones amplify the room, they do not silence it. They are tools for shared access, not personal sanctuaries.
• Best for battery-free reliability → ZHENWAY 20: Since these are fully wired with no internal batteries to charge, they work instantly whenever plugged in, eliminating downtime.
• Best for hearing protection in loud gyms or events → ZOHAN 032: With a certified 25dB NRR, this is the only option that actively reduces harmful noise levels for sensitive ears.
• Best for equipping a whole class or team → ZHENWAY 20: The 20-pack bulk format saves time and money when outfitting multiple people at once.
• Best for sensory-friendly extended wear → ZOHAN 032: The plush PU leather and adjustable headband are engineered specifically to prevent pressure points during long durations.
• Best for wireless freedom → Neither: Both are wired solutions; neither offers Bluetooth connectivity or the freedom of untethered movement.
• Best for color-coded organization → ZHENWAY 20: The multi-color variety helps identify individual ownership in a shared environment.
• Best for durability against rough handling → ZOHAN 032: Constructed with safe, non-toxic ABS material and reinforced for active use, it is built to withstand drops better than typical thin plastic classroom sets.
• Best for universal device compatibility → ZHENWAY 20: The standard 3.5mm plug works with virtually every legacy and modern audio device without requiring adapters or pairing codes.
In my opinion, the choice comes down to whether you are protecting a single individual or managing a group. I would buy the ZOHAN 032 if I am taking my own child to the gym or a loud concert where hearing protection is non-negotiable. The 25dB NRR rating gives me peace of mind that their ears are safe, and the comfort features mean they won't be complaining after an hour of wear. Conversely, if I were a gym instructor or teacher needing to hand out audio devices to twenty people at once, the ZHENWAY 20 is the logical choice for its sheer volume and ease of distribution. For a solo buyer seeking quality and safety for a specific person, the ZOHAN 032 is the superior investment.
The ZOHAN 032 is made of durable materials suitable for various environments, but it is not explicitly rated IPX7 or fully waterproof for submersion. The ZHENWAY 20 is standard plastic and should be kept dry. Neither is marketed as a swim-proof device.
Yes, the ZOHAN 032 acts as a passive isolator. While it blocks external noise effectively, it does not have built-in speakers or a battery to play music itself; you would need to connect it to a source via a cable if it supports audio pass-through, or simply use it for silence. The ZHENWAY 20 plays audio clearly but lacks isolation.
The headband is adjustable and flexible, suggesting a robust build intended for years of use without immediate part replacement.
Yes, the included cord is 4 feet long, which generally provides sufficient reach for seated exercises or standing near a screen. However, the wired nature means you are tethered to the device, which some might find restrictive compared to wireless options.
