Reservation Policies and Requirements

Boarding Reservations

  • A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation.

  • If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • Deposits are required for reservations to secure your spot when boarding with us.

  • If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.

Requirements

  • Your pup must be up to date on parvo, rabies, and bordetella shots, also must be on a flea and heart worm preventative.

  • Please provide food and or favorite toys.

  • Your pup must be spayed or neutered.
