Zoologists of Cal Poly

The Zoologists of Cal Poly (ZoCP) is a club that serves for the academic and social enrichment for students with an interest in zoology. We are open to all majors!

Our general meetings are held in-person at Building 8 Room 0241 and on zoom every other Tuesday from 12 pm - 1 pm (U-hour).

During these meetings, we discuss various topics such as our future trips, introduce the field of zoology through activities, and expand students’ knowledge of animals through our “Animal of the Week”. Throughout this year, we will be having guest speakers, getting more involved in the community by participating in community service events, and collaborating with other clubs to meet new people and share ideas. We are also offering more opportunities for our members to be able to volunteer with wildlife sanctuaries, zoos, and conservancies to prepare them for a future career with animals!
