ZNTOR is a mentorship and consultation platform that connects users with experts for professional
guidance, career consultation, startup mentorship, and educational support. This Privacy Policy
explains how information is collected, used, and protected when using the ZNTOR mobile
application.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, email address, profile photo, and account details provided through
Google Sign-In.
Profile Information: User profile details voluntarily provided within the application, including profile
photographs.
Transaction Information: Payment status, wallet activity, consultation charges, earnings information,
and transaction references processed through Razorpay and related payment services.
Technical Information: Device information, application version, crash logs, diagnostics, and
notification tokens required for service delivery and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to create accounts, authenticate users, provide consultation services, process
payments, manage wallets, send notifications, improve security, prevent fraud, provide customer
support, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Calls, Chats and Communications
ZNTOR may provide communication features using third-party communication services. Voice calls
are not recorded by ZNTOR. ZNTOR does not intentionally store consultation call recordings.
Communication services are provided solely to facilitate consultations between users and experts.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through authorized payment providers including Razorpay. ZNTOR does
not store complete credit card, debit card, banking passwords, UPI PINs, or similar sensitive
payment credentials.
5. Third-Party Services
The application may use Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play Services, Razorpay, and Agora
services. These providers may process information in accordance with their respective privacy
policies.
6. Data Sharing
ZNTOR does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service
providers only when necessary to operate the application, process payments, deliver notifications,
maintain security, or comply with legal requirements.
7. Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect
information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.8. Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal
obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce platform policies.
9. Children's Privacy
ZNTOR is not directed to children under 13 years of age. The platform does not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13.

Users may request account deletion and removal of eligible personal information by contacting the
support email below. Certain records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention
requirements, dispute resolution, taxation, or regulatory compliance.
11. User Rights
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to
applicable laws and operational requirements.
12. Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after updates
