Masters Thesis
Title: Performance Optimization of CZTS & CZTSe Based Thin Film Solar Cell by Optimizing Material Parameters
Undergraduate Project
Title: Solar Powered Explorer Robotic System using GSM Technology
Training
Completed a training program on National e-Government procurement (e-GP) System as Procuring Entity (PE) User.
Completed a training program on Microcontroller and Robotics at the ‘PiLabsbd’
Notable Project Works
Insect detection in a grain storage
Detect and quantify the population of insects by processing the image of the warehouse’s interior and monitoring the humidity, temperature, and environment.
MATLAB, Arduino, Image processing
Autonomous File Carrier Robot
Designed an algorithm and developed a robot to carry file to the destination following shortest path.
C, Arduino
Designed path Remembering Robot
Developed a car using Arduino that can remember its traversed path and retrace back.
MATLAB, Arduino
Explorer Robot
developed a robot that can be controlled by a mobile phone command.
This robot can stream video through mobile network, wifi and traced on map and retraced at signal failure.
It can pick up objects and fire targets with the attached gun.
Mobile phone, Microcontroller, WiFi
Mobile operated Automatic water level indicator & controller
Designed and developed an automatic water pump controller that senses and indicates water level of tank.
A simple mobile phone call can manually switch the pump on or off at any water level or automatically at a predefined water level.
GSM Module, Electronic Components
Duplex communication system with RS232 GSM module
Developed a communication system that allows for duplex mode audio calls and text messaging.
Flowcode, RS232 GSM
Solar Induction Cooker
Designed a low cost, higher efficient solar powered induction cooker by redesigned the controller unit.
Analyzed the performance of the cooker by studying global sun radiation, cooker input power, output temperature and water boiling time.
Microcontroller, L-C Tank, Induction Coil
Feasibility study of an off grid solar PV system
Analysed net present value, simple payback, equity payback, benefit cost ratio, total initial cost.
The project’s fiscal and economic viability with a specified load, energy consumption, and energy provided to a specific grid unit was analyzed.
