Screenshots or a screen recording if possible
Open the game
Go to Settings
Tap Restore Purchases
Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID / Google account used for the purchase
If Premium still doesn’t restore, email us with your device details and the approximate purchase date.
After purchasing the package, ads should be removed. Please try:
Close the game completely and reopen it
Check your internet connection briefly (purchase verification may require it)
Use Restore Purchases in Settings
If the issue continues, contact us.

Restart your device
Update to the latest iOS/Android version available
Make sure you have enough free storage space
Update the game to the latest version
If it still happens, email us with:
When it crashes (for example: “after Level 5” or “when opening leaderboard”)

Zubzi uses an online leaderboard service. The leaderboard requires an internet connection.
Please try:
Make sure you have a working internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
Close the game completely and reopen it
Try again a few minutes later (temporary service issues can happen)
