This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game “Zubzi” (the “Game”), developed and published by ZMStudio (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Zubzi is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent/guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us through the Game, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the request.
We do not require you to create an account in the Game and we do not directly ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or home address.
However, the Game uses third-party services/SDKs (for example, advertising and platform services) that may collect certain information automatically from your device, such as:
Device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier on your device, when available)
Advertising data (such as information about ads shown, ad impressions, and ad performance)
Product interaction / usage data (such as how you interact with the Game and ads at a high level, e.g., app launches, taps/clicks related to ads)
Diagnostics data (such as crash logs and performance data)
We do not collect contact information (name, email, phone), precise location, contacts, photos/videos, audio recordings, health data, financial card/bank details, or sensitive personal information through the Game.
We and/or our third-party partners may use the data described above for purposes including:
Third-party advertising: displaying ads in the Game and measuring ad performance
Analytics/measurement: understanding how the Game and ads perform (for example, to improve gameplay balance and ad effectiveness)
App functionality and stability: diagnosing crashes, improving performance, preventing fraud/abuse, and keeping the Game working properly
The Game may use one or more of the following categories of services:
Advertising: Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads)
In-app purchases: Apple App Store / Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android
Leaderboards: Online leaderboards powered by GDevelop services
Platform services: Apple and Google services required to operate distribution, purchases, and platform features
These third parties may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend reviewing their policies for details.
The Game may show ads that are personalized or non-personalized, depending on your device settings, region, and the choices you make.
iOS (App Tracking Transparency):
On iOS, the Game may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you allow tracking, advertising partners may use the device’s advertising identifier (such as IDFA) and related data for tracking as defined by Apple (for example, ad targeting and/or advertising measurement across apps and websites). If you ask the app not to track, the advertising identifier may not be available, and ads may be less personalized.
You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android (Ad ID controls):
On Android, you can manage your device advertising ID and ad personalization controls in your Google/Android settings (wording varies by device and Android version).
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, a one-time “Premium” purchase to remove ads and/or unlock bonuses). Purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android). We do not receive your payment card or bank details. We receive purchase confirmation from the platform so the Game can unlock the purchased feature/content.
The Game may include an online leaderboard feature powered by GDevelop services. If you use the leaderboard, your score and a public display name (or nickname) may be shown on the leaderboard as part of gameplay. The leaderboard feature requires an internet connection.
We do not use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services for leaderboards in this Game.
We do not operate personal-data storage on our own servers for the Game. Data processed by third-party services (such as advertising, platform services, and store providers) is retained according to their policies and retention practices.
Depending on your platform and region, you may be able to:
Control tracking permission (iOS ATT) in iOS Settings
Control advertising ID / ad personalization settings on Android
Remove ads (if offered) by purchasing the Premium / Remove Ads option (where applicable)
Manage data associated with your Apple or Google account using their privacy tools
9A) Data deletion requests
If you would like to request deletion of data related to your use of the Game, please email us at zamedistudio@gmail.com with the subject “Zubzi Data Deletion Request” and include any details that help us identify your request (for example, screenshots of your in-game leaderboard name/score if applicable).
We do not store personal data on our own servers for the Game. Data collected/processed by third-party services (such as advertising and platform services) is controlled by those providers and is deleted or retained according to their policies. We will assist by providing guidance and removing any data we directly control, where applicable.
The Game may include links to external content (for example, ads that open a browser). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Please review their privacy policies separately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be updated. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
