* End user license for use of ZmartCharge products
By starting to use the ZmartCharge products you accept the rules as described below. You are not allowed to share one time password or user account with others.
* What data are tracked, saved and what these data are used for
ZmartCharge Apps are using phone number for authentication of the use of the apps and access to ZmartCharge chargers. All users that want to use ZmartCharge Apps must accept that their phone number is stored by ZmartCharge. The phone number is also used to warn the user in case of any issues with the charger or the charging process.
Access to camera is only used when scanning the chargers QR code during installation. As a minimum you must activate the camera during installation of a new charger.
Location services are used to align the charger location with the spot price area. Further are location services and Bluetooth used to identify if you are close to a charger you have access to for the purpose of unlocking the charger. Only locations where you own a charger is stored in the system. No other locations are stored. No location data are sent from the app to ZmartCharge exempt from when installing a new charger. In case you have guest access to a charger, no personal data is stored regarding when you used the guest charger. In case you do not want to allow the ZmartCharge app to use location services you will need to unlock the charger and keep it open for everyone. Further you will need to select what price area your charger belongs to manually in the app.
The chargers will report data for every charging session that will be stored and made available for you as historical charging data in the app. We will also receive information regarding electricity consumption and will use the data for load balancing to avoid the main fuses to blow in case you also have obtained a loadbalancer.
* Where data are stored
All data er stored at our cloud system at AWS in Stockholm. AWS has made a GDPR declaration stating they will not access data, share or in any way transfer data to anyone unless its legally required by the government. No personal data is stored locally in the Apps, on the phones or in the charger. ZmartCharge will not share any data with others.
* Data security
ZmartCharge are using encryption and authentication of all data between apps and the charger, between apps and the cloud and between the charger and the cloud.
