I am now working the data from nanopore sequencing under the instruction of Prof. Hongxu Ding and Prof. Ning Hao from the University of Arizona. My duties are 1) to conduct deep learning models to learn the relationship between DNA bases and currents; 2) to investigate the statistical information form the sequencing data.
