Zivon Wear provides both an online shopping platform and a physical retail experience.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
2. Online Orders & Store Pickup

Nationwide Delivery: We offer shipping across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Self-Pickup: Customers who order online can choose to pick up their orders from our shop in B-17, Islamabad, during business hours.

Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once we have verified the stock availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

 * All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.

 * For online orders, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other digital payment methods.

 * For in-store purchases at our B-17 branch, we accept Cash and Card/Bank transfers.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Online Purchases: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within [e.g., 3 or 7] days of delivery.

In-Store Purchases: Items bought directly from our B-17 shop can be exchanged within e.g., 7 days, provided they are unused, have original tags, and you have the receipt.

Condition:** No exchange or refund will be processed for items that are washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our clothing as accurately as possible on our website. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. For 100% accuracy, customers are encouraged to visit our B-17 Islamabad outlet.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zivon Wear is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party courier services. Once the product leaves our B-17 outlet, the courier's terms of service also apply.

All disputes are subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad.
