Booking Policy

To schedule a service:

• Clients must complete a booking request form

• All pet information must be provided accurately

• Services are confirmed only after availability is reviewed

• A meet-and-greet may be requested before the first service

Payment Policy

Accepted Payments:

• Apple Pay

• Cash

• Venmo

Payment details will be confirmed before services begin.

• Payment is expected according to the agreed schedule

• Prices may vary depending on service needs, number of pets, and length of care

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand plans change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Contact Zi's Paws & Pet Care as soon as possible

• Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings

• Last minute cancellations after contract is signed, will be a 10$ fee

Pet Safety Policy

The safety and comfort of every pet is our priority.

Owners must provide:

• Accurate information about their pet

•  Feeding instructions

• Emergency contact information

• Any medical or behavioral details

• Necessary supplies!!!

Home Access & Visit Policy

For service taking place in a client's home:

• Owners must provide clear entry instructions

• Pets should be safely accessible at the scheduled time

• Any safety concerns should be communicated before the visit

Special Needs & Behavior

Please inform Zi's Paws & Pet Care about:

• Anxiety or fears

• Special routines

• Medical needs

• Behavioral concerns
