Zircon Tech is a spin-off company of Infuy, and it´s goal is to develop and provide consulting on Blockchain technology, Smart Contracts and Big data. They have already worked in big projects such as with an automobile insurance product based on blockchain technology, which received funds from the ANII for its development. With this, the insurance companies are able to track how their users drive through a device that is installed in their vehicles or through a mobile application. All this information goes to blockchain that executes a series of Smart contracts that, after cleaning the data, creates a trip and sends it to another Smart contract to calculate a scoring; all this is done autonomously. This will be affected positively or negatively depending on whether the driver exceeded the speed, if he made new routes, if he turned abruptly, if he drove in peak hours, among other indicators that have been defined with functional experts in the field. Each user receives awards for his policies depending on his own driving behavior. This project was developed for local insurance companies as well as for the Latin American market (Argentina and Chile mostly) and for the United States.

Zircon mother´s company Infuy also offers consulting services and has advised several companies in the region on this new technology, pioneering projects using blockchain, cognitive and IoT technologies. Infuy was created in 2007, and it has clients distributed all over the world. Zircon among the top blockchain players in Latin America

ZirconTech positioned as a consulting, software and business services company in the first map of the blockchain ecosystem in Latin America. At the end of October 2019, the first map on the blockchain ecosystem in Latin America was presented, which has allowed a diagnosis of the scenario of use of technology at the regional level. This work was carried out by the Alianza Blockchain Iberoamérica, Blockchain Summit Latam and the NGO Bitcoin Argentina, with the support of América Economía.

A survey and map were carried out with the interest of publicizing and supporting the development of startups in the region and grouping partners that add value, essential for collaborative work.
