Zippy has been a major supporter of education reform. In the last congressional term, Zippy wrote the Arts Education Funding Act (HR. 857), which expanded federal funding for Arts Education, and the No Banned Books Act (HR. 960), which abolishes the practice of banning books. he also sponsored a bill written by Dixie Speaker Tripplyons18, the Freedom to Dress Act (HR.971), which eliminates dress codes.
Zippy is a major supporter of transportation reform. Zippy wrote the American Roadway Toll System Act (HR. 967), or ARTSA, which creates a nationalized toll network. Zippy also supports infrastructure projects in Atlantic, including the Speed Up the Northeast Corridor Act (HR. 949) and the PATH Extension Act of 2020 (Atlantic Assembly Bill 325).

Zippy understands how important and influential voting is to Americans, and Atlanteans. Zippy sponsored the Mail in Voting Act (HR. 968), which extends mail in voting. Zippy also supports moving a majority of elections to become ranked choice voting. Zippy also will help fight voter suppression and make sure everybody has the right to vote.
As a member of the House Science, Energy, the Environment, and Commerce Committee (SEEC), Zippy has worked on environmental legislation. He will continue to support legislation to help clean up shores and reduce America's carbon emissions.

Zippy cares deeply about the citizens of the Atlantic, as he is the chair of the state's Democratic party. Zippy has fought for Atlanteans with his legislation not just in the Atlantic Assembly, but in Congress with the Creating National Parks in Atlantic Act (H.Res 152). As the representative for Atlantic's third District, he will fight for the rights of Atlanteans and improve their lives.
Zippy is a strong believer for a better world. Zippy wrote the UN Reconfirmation Resolution (H.Res.61), the Israeli Embassy Act (HR. 939), the ISS Usage Act (HR. 940), and the Hong Kong Support Resolution 2020 (H.Res. 156). Zippy is also a major supporter of world rights, and will stand up for people in peril throughout the world.
