Messages: We collect, scan and analyse the information you provide by sending or receiving messages via our Service’s messaging functionality and it includes information about when the message has been sent, received and/or read, as well as the participants of the communication. Please be aware that messages sent to other users of our Service will be accessible by those users and that we are not responsible for the manner in which those users use or disclose messages.

Metadata: When you upload your user content, we automatically upload certain metadata related to content. The metadata describes how, when and by whom the user content was collected. It contains information such as account name and user id number which helps to track back the user.

Buy Golds: You can make the purchases via Apple iTunes account, Google Play account or any other authorized payment methods. We do not collect your billing information from you when you do transactions. We keep a record of the purchases you make so that we can credit your account with correct value in golds.

We do not accept California Removal Requests via postal mail, telephone, or facsimile. Developers do not need to disclose data accessed by an app as "collected" in the Data safety section if:

An app accesses the data only on your device and it is not sent off your device. The website collects contact information such as user name, address, email address and other details as given in the registration page of our website. If user purchases a policy from us, we will collect the personal and financial information of user such as credit card number and expiration date through the payment gateway of the credit card company or the internet banking service of the user’s bank. The user agrees, understands and confirms that the credit card details provided by them for availing of services on Star Health shall be correct and accurate and the user shall not use any credit card which is not lawfully owned by them. Further, it is the obligation of the user to make the payment for premium through a legal proceed. However, if it is found that the premium has been paid through the proceeds of crime related to any of the scheduled offence listed in Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2023, reeting 1 payment has the right to call for documents to establish the sources of funds. If user is found guilty by any competent court of law directly or indirectly governing prevention of money laundering in India, Star Health has right to cancel the insurance contract.
