By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Zipper Lock Screen Wallpapers (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.

Zipper Lock Screen Wallpapers is a mobile application designed to provide zipper-style lock screen, wallpaper, personalization, customization, and related device personalization functionality.
Depending on the device and App version, features may include:
Applying zipper-style lock screen designs and visual effects.
Selecting and setting wallpapers or lock screen backgrounds.
Customizing zipper styles, designs, colors, and visual effects.
Previewing and personalizing lock screen and wallpaper designs.
Using photos from your device for wallpaper or personalization purposes.
Saving or applying selected personalization settings.
Other related functionality provided through the App.
Some features may require access to device permissions, including access to photos, media, wallpapers, or supported device features. You are responsible for granting only the permissions you are comfortable providing.
The App does not replace or disable the security mechanisms provided by your device's operating system unless explicitly supported by the device and App version.
The availability and behavior of lock screen, wallpaper, and personalization features may vary depending on your device, operating system version, manufacturer restrictions, permissions, and other technical factors.
You should maintain appropriate backups of important photos, videos, and other personal files.
If you use wallpaper or personalization features, you authorize the App to access photos, images, media, or supported device features when the necessary permissions are granted.
The App may access selected photos or media to allow you to preview, customize, crop, apply, or set them as wallpapers or lock screen backgrounds.
Wallpaper and personalization functionality may be affected by operating system restrictions, device manufacturers, permissions, system settings, or other technical factors.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and use any photos, images, wallpapers, or other content that you provide or use through the App.
The App does not guarantee that every wallpaper, lock screen effect, or personalization feature will be compatible with every device.
The App may process selected images, wallpaper files, and related information in order to provide wallpaper, lock screen, zipper-style effects, and personalization functionality.
Depending on the device and feature, processing may occur locally on your device.
You acknowledge that device operating systems may impose limitations on applications that provide lock screen, wallpaper, overlay, or personalization functionality.
Certain features may not function as expected when:
The device operating system restricts the required functionality.
Required permissions are denied or revoked.
The device manufacturer restricts certain customization features.
The selected image or wallpaper format is unsupported.
The device does not provide sufficient access to the required system features.
Other technical limitations prevent successful customization.
You are responsible for reviewing and configuring personalization settings before applying them to your device.
Certain features of Zipper Lock Screen Wallpapers may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription").
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices, billing periods, and available features will be displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including but not limited to Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your applicable app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited according to the applicable platform's policies.
Refund requests are handled according to the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will generally apply to future purchases or subscription renewals, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
The App may use third-party services for purposes such as:
Advertising.
Analytics.
Crash reporting.
Application performance monitoring.
Cloud infrastructure.
Customer support.
Other technical services necessary to provide App functionality.
Third-party services may have their own terms of use and privacy policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party services.
All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, interfaces, wallpaper designs, and other materials included in the App are owned by Mahmoud Rafek or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App.
Modify or create derivative works based on the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials without written permission.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
Attempt to bypass security mechanisms or technical restrictions.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Access or use device features without authorization.
Use the App to access or process photos, images, or content that you do not have the legal right to use.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where legally permitted.
Access systems or networks without authorization.
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App without authorization.
Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security mechanisms.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Abuse or misuse wallpaper, lock screen, personalization, advertising, subscription, or other App functionality.
Use the App to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mahmoud Rafek disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
Non-infringement.
Availability.
Accuracy.
Reliability.
Uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption.
The App will be error-free or completely secure.
All wallpaper and personalization features will work on every device.
All zipper-style lock screen effects will be compatible with every operating system.
Selected wallpapers or images will always display exactly as expected.
The App will be compatible with every device or operating system.
The App will support every wallpaper format or device configuration.
Required device permissions or system capabilities will remain available.
The App will not interfere with other applications or system features.
Third-party services will remain available.
You acknowledge that device customization and lock screen functionality are subject to technical limitations and operating system restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mahmoud Rafek, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Your use or inability to use the App.
Failed, incomplete, or unsuccessful personalization attempts.
Loss, corruption, alteration, or deletion of photos, images, or other data.
Inaccurate or incomplete personalization results.
Device or system problems.
Damage resulting from wallpaper, lock screen, or personalization operations.
Subscription purchases or payment processing.
Third-party services.
Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
Unauthorized access to systems or information.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mahmoud Rafek, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law.
Your unauthorized access to or use of device features.
Your use of the App to access, process, apply, or manage photos, images, or other content without authorization.
Your infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
Your misuse of third-party services.
Any content, photos, images, wallpapers, or personalization settings used or managed by you through the App.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and applicable legal provisions, will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
