This Privacy Policy describes how the Zip & Unzip Files — File Opener application ("App") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our App.
The App operates primarily on-device. We do not collect personally identifiable information. The following data may be collected automatically by third-party SDKs we use:
Advertising data — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage signals to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Crash and performance data — Aggregated, anonymized crash reports may be collected to improve stability (Firebase Crashlytics, if enabled).
Storage — Required to read and write archive files (ZIP, RAR, 7Z) on your device. No files are transmitted to any server.
Notifications — Used to notify you when a compression or extraction job finishes in the background. Optional on Android 13+.
Internet — Required only to load advertisements.
Information collected by third-party SDKs is used solely to display relevant advertisements and improve app performance. We do not sell personal data.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App uses Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising consent management. Their privacy policies apply to data they collect.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by our third-party partners. Please refer to each partner's privacy policy or contact us.
