Biography
Zining Wang is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance at King's College London, following his M.Sc. in Computational Finance and B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from King's College London and Tianjin University, respectively. Prior to his Ph.D. journey, he gained valuable industry experience as a Research Engineer at Huawei and an IT Intern at Shanghai Pudong Development Bank's London Branch.
Zining boasts a wide range of research interests that span across the economics of blockchain, decentralized finance, and behavioral finance, with an additional focus on climate finance, natural language processing, and social network analysis.
In both his academic and professional endeavors, Zining has consistently demonstrated a strong interdisciplinary background and a keen interest in exploring the intersection of finance, technology, and sustainability. With his research experience and diverse skill set, he aims to contribute to the growing body of knowledge in his fields of interest.
