The Service requires:
An unlocked eSIM-compatible device.
Internet access for installation and activation.
Compliance with local laws and regulations.
Users may create an account to purchase and manage eSIM plans.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Maintain account security.
Keep login credentials.
Upon successful payment, your eSIM and data plan will be delivered electronically.
You are responsible for:
Verifying device compatibility.
Correct installation of the eSIM.
Following activation instructions.
ZingRoam is not responsible for connectivity issues caused by unsupported or carrier-locked devices.
Data plans:
Are prepaid.
Expire after the purchased validity period.
Cannot be transferred between users unless explicitly permitted.
May be subject to carrier fair usage policies.
Unused data expires when the plan validity ends.
Service availability depends on third-party carrier networks.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous network coverage.
Uninterrupted connectivity.
Specific network speeds.
Coverage and performance may vary by location and carrier.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful activities.
Engage in fraud or abuse.
Interfere with network operations.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
All purchases are prepaid.
Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.
Refund requests may be approved when:
The eSIM has not been activated.
The device is verified as incompatible.
Technical issues prevent service delivery.
Refund eligibility is subject to our refund review process.
All trademarks, software, logos, content, and technology associated with ZingRoam remain the property of ZingRoam or its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZingRoam shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits or business opportunities.
Network interruptions outside our control.
Carrier or third-party service failures.
