Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Z Image Editor
mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Z Image Editor ("we," "us," or
"our"). We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App
after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your
jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this
requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Z Image Editor is an AI-powered image generation and editing application that allows you
to create images from text prompts and uploaded images. The App uses a virtual
currency ("coins") to access generation features. Coins may be granted for free or
purchased through in-app purchases.
4. ACCOUNTS
The App uses anonymous, device-based guest accounts. You are responsible for
maintaining the security of the device on which the App is installed. Because
accounts are tied to device identifiers, uninstalling the App, resetting your
device, or changing devices may affect access to your account and balance.
5. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND PURCHASES
5.1 Coins have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are
non-transferable except as expressly provided in the App.
5.2 In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or
Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
5.3 Except where required by law or the applicable app store's policies, all
purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the app store
in accordance with its policies.
5.4 We may modify the pricing, availability, or amount of coins required for any
feature at any time.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to use the App to create, upload, or generate content that:
- Is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or hateful.
- Depicts sexually explicit material, or sexual content involving minors.
- Contains real, identifiable individuals without their consent, or is used to
impersonate or deceive.
- Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities.
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Contains malware or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our
systems.
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the images you upload, and
you confirm you have the necessary rights to use any uploaded content.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Our Content: The App, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is
owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may
not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the
App except as permitted by law.
7.2 Your Content and Generated Images: Subject to your compliance with these Terms
and applicable law, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial
purposes. You are responsible for ensuring such use complies with all applicable
laws and the rights of third parties. We make no warranty that generated content is
free of third-party rights.
8. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Images are produced by automated AI models. Results may be inaccurate,
unexpected, or unintended, and may not reflect real people, places, or events. You
should review generated content before use. We are not responsible for decisions you
make based on AI-generated content.
9. CONTENT MODERATION
We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor, or remove content that violates
these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or
applicable law. The App may include reporting tools to flag inappropriate content.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App relies on third-party services for hosting, AI processing, and purchase
management. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of
third-party services.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE
UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS,
DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY
CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING
THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses
arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or
applicable law.
14. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without
notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the
App at any time and delete your account through the App settings.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which we
operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved
in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
16. CHANGES TO THE APP
We may add, change, or remove features of the App at any time without liability.
