Welcome to Zilenium ("App").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and the owners and operators of Zilenium ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the App and its related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction (including 16 years old in certain regions such as the European Economic Area), to use the App.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree that you will not:

Sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the App's source code, except where permitted by applicable law.
Circumvent or interfere with the App's security or technical protections.
Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App.
Certain features require you to authenticate using supported third-party providers, such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your account.
Keeping your authentication credentials confidential.
All activities performed using your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
The App allows you to submit content, including screenshots, conversation history, prompts, and text ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, transmit, and temporarily store your content solely for the purpose of:
Generating AI-powered responses.
Operating and improving the requested App functionality.
Maintaining the security and reliability of our services.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate conversation replies, openers, suggestions, and related content.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or inappropriate in certain situations.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will produce any specific outcome or be suitable for every situation.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content before sharing it with others.
You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on AI-generated output.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals.
Generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content.
Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or services.
Interfere with the normal operation of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
Certain features of the App may require payment through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your Apple or Google account settings.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. We cannot approve or process refunds directly.
The App, including but not limited to its software, source code, user interface, graphics, branding, logos, designs, text, databases, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
The App may integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, analytics platforms, crash reporting services, cloud infrastructure, and AI providers.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that:
The App will operate without interruption.
The App will be error-free.
AI-generated responses will always be accurate or appropriate.
The App will always be secure or free from viruses or harmful components.
The App will meet your individual expectations or requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of data
Loss of goodwill
Business interruption
Our total liability arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made, whichever is greater, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time by:
Using the Delete Data feature within the App, or

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct, misuse the App, or interfere with its operation.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
